Approach
Worked through the full customer lifecycle: identified high-value acquisition segments, built behavioral clusters for personalization, predicted churn risk for proactive retention, and modeled customer lifetime value to inform budget allocation across the funnel. The deliverable was a comprehensive GTM analytics playbook.
