What I Built

End-to-end revenue dashboards tracking pipeline health, conversion rates at each funnel stage, and forecast accuracy over time. The forecasting models used historical close rates, deal velocity, and seasonal patterns to project quarterly revenue within tighter confidence intervals than the sales team's manual estimates.

Impact
